THE RICE
We cultivate the best varieties for risotto in the Po Delta area, an area particularly suited for this type of rice fields. The particular characteristics of the soil and its proximity to the sea create the perfect balance between water, air and earth, conferring quality, value and taste to our product.
WE TRANSFORM
IN THE RESERVOIR
Our zero km rice mill is located within our own rice fields, about 800 hectares in the heart of the Ferrara area, where the harvest, after threshing, is stored and processed using the best technologies to guarantee quality and safety for our customers.
WE PACKAGE IT
Cultivating, processing of raw materials and finally packaging; with three automated production lines for packaging in different formats, from 1 kg vacuum pack to the maxi formats, in modified atmosphere, for the food service industry.
