WE CULTIVATE
MEDICINAL HERBS
Our cultivations extend over 1,100 hectares on the Arborea estate in Sardinia, of which 508 hectares are dedicated to organic production, on top of our Tuscan fields. We cultivate a wide variety of medicinal plants, strictly following an organic protocol certified by Valoritalia. For each individual species, we identify the phenological state, which allow us to identify the perfect moment for harvesting, when the beneficial principles of the plants reach their maximum intensity.
WE TRANSFORM
PROCESSING
The medicinal plants are dried in special ventilated ovens to preserve the characteristics of the raw material. Cutting and packaging take place at our premises in Cortona, in the heart of Tuscany.
Here, depending on the type, they are intended for the preparation of herbal teas and infusions or for use as herbs in cooking.
PACKAGING
In our factory, we package medicinal herbs both in fragrance-saving filters and single-dose sachets and in pouches.
Packaging meets standards and maintains all the properties and characteristics of the plants.
