EDIBLE SEEDS
Food and oil seeds provide an important source of highly valuable nutrients. Due to their richness in poly-unsaturated fatty acids, fibre, trace elements, minerals and antioxidants, they can be considered a true natural food supplement. Ideal for nourishing and enriching even simple meals with flavour and taste. Our seeds are imported from major producing countries around the world, such as India, Turkey, Nicaragua, the Netherlands, North-Eastern Europe and the USA.
WE TRANSFORM
PROCESSING
All our imported seeds are checked at origin, sampled for a qualitative laboratory analysis and bacterial count. They then undergo a selection process to remove any impurities or foreign bodies and finally metal-check before packaging.
PACKAGING
In Jolanda di Savoia (FE) stands the new plant, inaugurated in 2022, 7,500 square metres dedicated to
packaging and warehousing. We package our food seeds in modified atmosphere in formats from 150g
for the large-scale retail trade, to 500g and 1kg bags for the food service industry, up to 2.5kg bags for the bakery industry.
