LEGUMES
The properties of dried legumes such as beans, lentils, chickpeas, broad beans, soya beans and peas are numerous, these foods are an important source of vegetable protein, fibre and minerals. They are part of our country’s culinary and agricultural tradition. Our Italian legumes are produced in the most suitable territories, from Piedmont to Apulia. We also import from the main producing countries in the world thanks to long-standing trade relations, guaranteeing quality and raw material control.
WE TRANSFORM
PROCESSING
Our pulses arrive directly from the field at our industrial site in San Felice sul Panaro (MO), 8.000 sqm of storage and processing plant, where our pulses are cleaned and sorted using the best mechanical and electronic technologies, are then sanitised and prepared to be sent to our packaging plants.
PACKAGING
In Jolanda di Savoia (FE) stands the new factory, opened in 2022, 7.500sqm used for the packaging and warehouse department, with 5 automated production lines and storage of the finished product in insulatedwarehouses with controlled temperature and humidity.
